Welcome to the Camp Lionheart 2025 Application. Please read the instructions entirely and fill out the applications IN FULL for each camper individually.

 

Applications must be completed by a parent or legal/custodial guardian.  Incomplete applications will not be accepted or processed. Please note that the application includes a camper portion that must be completed by the camper. Applications are processed first-come, first-served in the order they are received. Please note that it could take up to three weeks to hear back from the team about your camper’s application.

Applications are open to campers ages 8-17 living in the State of Ohio who have experienced the death of a parent or sibling.

There are two portions to the Camp Lionheart 2025 application. The first link is to the clinical application hosted on Google, and the second link is to fill out the registration forms for Camp Otyokwa/Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Ohio application hosted on Ultracamp.

 

BOTH applications need to be completed in full for EVERY camper in order to process and screen the applications for appropriateness.

To access the SECOND part of the application, please click the link below to first create your own UltraCamp account (create your own username and password for your own account purposes). You will then be asked to enter the PASSWORD below to access the Camp Lionheart 2025 registration forms:
